Kitchen Team Member / BBQ Meat Slicer (Restaurant) Hawg Jaw Que & Brew North Kansas City, MO Job Details Part-time | Full-time $15 - $22 an hour 20 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Pre-cooking preparation Teamwork English Attention to detail Full Job Description Hawg Jaw Que & Brew is looking for a reliable, hardworking Kitchen Team Member to join our Kansas City BBQ team. This position plays a key role in our kitchen, including slicing smoked meats, food prep, and supporting a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities:

Slice smoked meats (brisket, turkey, ham, etc.) using a meat slicer Prepare food including meats and sides Maintain a clean and organized kitchen Follow food safety and quality standards Work efficiently during high-volume service

Qualifications:

Experience using a meat slicer preferred Kitchen or BBQ experience is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Reliable and team-oriented Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred, not required
