This position plays a key role in our kitchen, including slicing smoked meats, food prep, and supporting a fast-paced service environment.
Responsibilities:
Slice smoked meats (brisket, turkey, ham, etc.) using a meat slicer Prepare food including meats and sides Maintain a clean and organized kitchen Follow food safety and quality standards Work efficiently during high-volume serviceQualifications:
Experience using a meat slicer preferred Kitchen or BBQ experience is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Reliable and team-oriented Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred, not requiredWhat We Offer:
