Job Description

LSG Sky Chefs seeks a Sous Chef to support high-volume airline catering operations. The Sous Chef assists in menu execution, food production, and plating for inflight meals while ensuring consistent quality, portion control, and presentation standards. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, monitoring food safety and HACCP compliance, organizing production schedules, and coordinating with logistics and operations teams to meet strict on-time departure deadlines.
