This is a seasonal position ideal for someone who enjoys preparing high-quality, approachable meals in a relaxed club environment. You'll prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for members and guests while maintaining consistency, quality, and a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Develop and plan seasonal menus Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for club members and guests Generally prepare meals for 4-6 people, with occasional groups of 8-10 guests Prepare a variety of meals, from simple breakfasts and lunches to full dinners and occasional group meals or events Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and portion standards Select and work with fresh, quality ingredients Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and properly stocked Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements Adapt to changing schedules, guest counts, and meal needs Interact with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner Seasonal Schedule Mid-October 2026 through the first weekend of February 2027 Typical weekly schedule:

Requirements Prior cooking, chef, catering, or restaurant experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple meal services Friendly, professional attitude and good communication skills Available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays during the season Reliable transportation to the Fairfield/Suisun City area Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
