Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and talented culinary expert to join our team as our chef / kitchen lead. This is a management position with P&L responsibility. Our chef/kitchen lead is responsible for the overall operation of our kitchen. Our chef's primary responsibilities are: inventory and quality control prep, cook, and plate food professionally manage/mentor kitchen staff P&L and growth responsibility with a lucrative (and attainable) bonus plan planning and coordinating day to day business some administrative responsibilities, but not overwhelming
