full-time We are looking for an experienced Assistant Pastry Chef to join our team.

Schedule:

3:30 AM - 11:30 AM Applicants must be available and comfortable starting work at 3:30 AM. Starting at $18/hour, depending on experience, + approximately $5/hour in tips The successful candidate will work closely with our Pastry Chef and assist with the daily production of a variety of pastries and desserts, including macarons, cakes, pastry creams, tarts, and other French pastries. Responsibilities Assist the Pastry Chef with daily pastry production Follow recipes accurately and consistently Work with a variety of ingredients and pastry techniques Prepare and organize ingredients for daily production Set up and maintain daily inventory Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment Keep the workstation organized throughout the shift Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Collaborate and communicate effectively with the pastry team Qualifications Previous professional pastry or bakery experience required Strong attention to detail Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a positive attitude Must be able to consistently start work at 3:30 AM We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about pastry, and who enjoys working as part of a team.
