Our breakfast operation has an experienced leader in place. Your responsibility is to oversee the entire culinary operation while ensuring consistency across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. The restaurant generates approximately $3.5 million in annual sales , with 50-55% of revenue coming from food , making this an outstanding opportunity for a chef who enjoys balancing culinary leadership with strong business acumen. Responsibilities Lead all back-of-house operations across brunch, lunch, and dinner. Be present on the line during busy service periods. Hire, coach, mentor, and develop kitchen staff. Create schedules and manage labor costs. Oversee ordering, receiving, inventory, and food cost controls. Maintain recipe consistency, portion standards, and quality execution. Develop and maintain kitchen SOPs and operating procedures. Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards. Partner with ownership and the General Manager to review financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability. Foster a culture built on teamwork, accountability, communication, and respect. Qualifications 5+ years of Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience in a high-volume restaurant. Strong leadership experience managing large kitchen teams. Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the line. Experience managing food cost, labor, purchasing, and inventory. Strong understanding of kitchen systems, organization, and SOP development. Experience using Toast, xtraCHEF, or similar restaurant management platforms.
