Responsibilities:

Work directly with Owner / Executive Chef on seasonal menus Maintain organization and uphold high standards for food quality Support portion control practices and overall food cost management Contribute to a clean, efficient, and collaborative kitchen environment Food preparation and line experience in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen Solid understanding of kitchen workflow, organization, and back-of-house operations Ability to maintain cleanliness, organization, and steady execution during service Experience working within food cost and portion control systems Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience necessary Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a small team Calm, focused, and adaptable under pressure Genuine care for hospitality, craftsmanship, and the guest experience
