Job Description

We are looking for a creative, experienced Chef to lead our kitchen and execute a menu that features traditional home cooking with a modern flair.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the production of signature items, including our Legacy Sicilian Meatballs and hand made pastas. Manage strict food safety standards in accordance with Nassau County Department of Health (NCDH) guidelines, including precise cooling and holding procedures. Mnage a high-volume workflow, utilizing our 18ft hot cooking line (gas burners, stove, fryers, and charbroiler). Collaborate on seasonal 'Pizza of the Week' features and upscale Chef-Select specials.
