Job Description

Job Summary Responsibilities Prepare authentic Chinese cuisine using a wok. Cook high-volume lunch and dinner service. Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation. Keep the kitchen clean and organized. Work closely with the kitchen team. Requirements Minimum 3 years of Chinese wok cooking experience. Able to cook New York-style Chinese dishes. Fast, clean, and organized. Able to work weekends and holidays. Authorized to work in the U.S. (or able to provide valid work authorization).
