We are looking for a reliable and experienced Line Cook / Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, works well in a fast-paced kitchen, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to Taverna recipes and standards Assist with daily kitchen prep and station setup Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations Ensure proper food handling, safety, and sanitation practices Support the head chef with kitchen operations and service flow Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of professional kitchen experience required Both grill and saute experience required Italian cuisine experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and food quality Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Weekend and evening availability required
