Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. Duties Efficiently prepare stations to ensure a successful services Maintaining cleanliness in addition to health and safety standards Ensure quality food comes out simultaneously with team members Performs inventory assessments and communicates to management efficiently Maintains a positive and professional approach with colleagues Handle and maintain dishwashing equipment Prepares pizza ingredients Operates wood fired pizza oven Performs regular maintenance on kitchen equipment Collaborates with other Chefs to ensure top tier food experience Ability to cross train on other kitchen equipment as needed. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices Qualifications 2+ years of cooking experience Entry level knife skills Available week day evenings and weekends Ability to lift 50 lbs.
