The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing guest arrivals, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to handle conflict de-escalation, and a commitment to creating a positive experience for all guests. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with entry procedures Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs in a courteous manner Manage guest flow and ensure smooth entry and exit processes during events Monitor the premises to maintain safety and security standards Handle conflicts or disputes with professionalism, employing conflict de-escalation techniques when necessary Maintain a neat and professional appearance, representing the venue positively Assist with general hall duties as needed to support event operations Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Skilled in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques Friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to the role Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail This position offers an engaging environment where excellent service is valued.
