Duties Welcome guest warmly, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate staff member or activity location Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls on a multi-line system Manage general email inquiries promote, upsell, and book on-site resort activities Process payments, resolve billing discrepancies, and audit guest accounts Clean and organize the Beretta Room Keep the Beretta Room neat, clean and organized Assist guest with gun check in and out of the Gun Room Skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Phone Etiquette Hospitality Skills Detail oriented Time management Conflict resolution Microsoft and google office Requirements 1 to 2 years of retail experience, restaurant service, receptionist or general office administration Knowledge of outdoor recreation activities such as shooting and hunting

Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
