Cabbage Key Island Resort is historic restaurant and Inn and we are currently looking for a applicant that is highly motivated, self-starter with excellent communication skills and is able to maintain an attention to detail. This person must have high volume experience and solid work history. We are dedicated to hiring an individual who shares our passion for serving customers and preparing quality food and beverages. You must respond with a resume to be considered. Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies. Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces. Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage. Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
