Nestled on O'ahu's Windward Coast, we are now expanding our presence to Volcano Village, located at the gateway to Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park. We're looking for passionate cooks to join our team! We're looking for cooks who are: Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen Experienced with or excited to learn wood-fired techniques Passionate about locally sourced ingredients and sustainability Open to collaboration and creative input Responsibilities include: Prepping ingredients and maintaining high-qualitystandards Working the line during service, including pizza station Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and safe Receiving and handling fresh, local ingredients Contributing positively to a strong kitchen culture

Qualifications:

1+ year of kitchen experience preferred Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain) Interest in wood-fired cooking and locally sourced cuisine Why Join Us?
