We're looking for cooks who are: Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen Experienced with or excited to learn wood-fired techniques Passionate about locally sourced ingredients and sustainability Open to collaboration and creative input Responsibilities include: Prepping ingredients and maintaining high-qualitystandards Working the line during service, including pizza station Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and safe Receiving and handling fresh, local ingredients Contributing positively to a strong kitchen culture

Qualifications:
