Job Description

Davanti Enoteca in Western Springs is seeking an experienced and dependable Line Cook to join our team. This is a part-time position. The ideal candidate has at least two years of restaurant experience, works efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, and takes pride in producing consistently high-quality dishes.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards Work efficiently across assigned kitchen stations Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portioning Complete prep work and properly stock the line before service Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth service

Qualifications:

At least two years of restaurant or professional kitchen experience Strong knife skills and knowledge of food preparation Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy service Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required

Compensation:
