Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Evening Line Cooks and Pantry Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the food preparation process, ensuring that our kitchen operates efficiently and that high-quality meals are served to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts and a strong understanding of food safety practices. Duties Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring food items. Assist in meal preparation by following recipes and presentation specifications. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and other food preparation tools. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report shortages to management. Follow all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of culinary techniques and meal preparation processes. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
