Full Job Description Description:

Harrington Farm is looking for a banquet cook to assist with our high end weddings. Great job for someone sick of the line in a restaurant. A few mornings a few nights.

Requirements:

Food Preparation:

Chop Vegetables, cut meat, and make sauces according to event orders and recipes.

High-Volume Cooking:

Operate kitchen equipment like grills, rational ovens, and fryers.

Quality Control:

Monitor food presentation, taste, and serving temperatures before and during service.

Station Setup:

Set up and stock working stations or buffets with necessary supplies.

Sanitation and Safety:

Follow food safety rules, label and date stored food, and clean work areas.

Experience:

1 to 2 years of professional cooking experience

Skills:

Good knife skills, knowledge of various cooking methods, and strong timing management Be able to lift 50 lb. Flexible availability, days and nights
