We close at 9pm, so there are no late nights. Responsibilities Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment Close workstations while securing food and sanitizing surfaces Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.) Cook food using various equipment and utensils Maintain a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen Ensure all food and other items are stored properly and check quality of ingredients Qualifications Proven kitchen experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment Strong cooking and food preparation skills Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices Familiarity with culinary techniques and knife skills Experience in meal preparation and catering services Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented kitchen setting At Stone Canyon, we guarantee to take the time and focus on training.
