We are seeking individuals who: Xenia Hospitality Group is seeking teammates for our newest location of our ilios crafted Greek concept in Davidson! Our mission is to provide our guests with delicious, fresh Greek cuisine in a welcoming and friendly environment. We believe fresh ingredients, genuine service, and great people create unforgettable guest experiences. We're looking for energetic, dependable team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in preparing high-quality food. Your role on the line will be an ambassador to our guests as you walk them through the ordering process and prepare and assemble their meal.

Job Duties include:

Providing a welcoming environment for our guests with a smile and hospitable welcome Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations Prepare menu items according to Ilios Crafted Greek recipes and standards Portion proteins, sides, sauces, and toppings accurately Assemble guest orders quickly while maintaining presentation and quality Describing menu items and offerings to our guests Answering guest questions about the menu and menu items Assist with opening and closing responsibilities Preparing your station for daily lunch and dinner service Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Maintaining cleanliness and organization of your workstation throughout your shift Monitor product freshness and rotate inventory using FIFO practices Restock ingredients and supplies throughout service Communicate effectively with teammates during busy periods Maintain and exceed sanitation standards Assisting with completion of catering orders We are Seeking Teammates who: have a positive attitude and a team first mentality. can perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment. can ensure product quality and guest satisfaction. desire continuous improvement for themselves and others.

Required Qualifications:
