About Mosaico Tavern:

Mosaico Tavern is looking for a person who is willing to learn or have some experience as a Full-Time Line Cook to join our kitchen team. Responsibilities:

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and prep work before service. Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff following recipes and presentation standards. Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during high-volume meal rushes. Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines at all times. Clean up station at the end of service and properly store leftover food.

Requirements:

Some experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant. knowledge of kitchen equipment (grill, sauté, fryer, station prep). Ability to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
