Adhere to food safety standards and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist in setting up for special events or banquets as needed. Collaborate with bar staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience as a cook in a nightclub or restaurant setting is preferred. Strong sales skills to promote food specials and enhance customer satisfaction. Understanding of food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy atmosphere.
