Join Our Kitchen Team Location:

Clarence, NY We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Clarence, NY. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in consistency, organization, and quality food. Our menu features a mix of elevated comfort food and high-volume favorites including steaks, seafood, pasta, pizzas, wings, and creative small plates. You'll be working on a team that values speed, precision, and strong execution during service.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and presentation standards Work assigned station (grill, sauté, fry, pizza, etc.) during service Set up and stock station before shifts and maintain cleanliness throughout Follow prep lists and assist with daily kitchen prep Ensure proper food handling and safety standards Communicate effectively with team members during service Keep a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

Qualifications:

Previous line cook experience preferred (but willing to train the right person) Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen Strong work ethic and attention to detail Team player with a positive attitude Reliable and punctual Availability for nights and weekends
