Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and plate menu items consistent with kitchen recipes and standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized station while managing food prep ahead of rush periods. Multi-task efficiently during high-volume meal services. Follow all sanitation guidelines, local health department codes, and kitchen safety practices. Collaborate effectively with both Back-of-House and Front-of-House staff. Requirements Previous line cook or prep cook experience preferred. Strong working knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety, and cooking techniques. Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred to ensure seamless kitchen communication. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (40+ hours weekly).

High stamina:
