Nickel's Pit BBQ is hiring Line Cooks at our Watkins Glen location. We are a stable, ultra high volume restaurant that's been a Finger Lakes destination since 2012. If you like to work hard and work fast as part of a team, come put your skills to the test (and develop some new ones!) with us. The perfect candidate will have experience as a line cook in an independent restaurant setting. Willing to train candidates with other restaurant experience with the right attitude! We believe in a positive team atmosphere and "ABT/ABL" motto (always be training / always be learning). Our core kitchen team has decades of experience, and we want to teach and develop skills and habits that will stick with you for wherever your culinary career takes you! Position is based in Watkins Glen, NY. Starting pay based on experience and availability.

Essential Job Duties include:

Cooking, Prep, & Line Work Maintaining a Clean & Safe Work Environment Working as a team with other employees Learning new equipment and BBQ/smoking techniques Position runs at least through October, with the possibility of year round.
