Must have experience and have an understanding of industry. A qualified candidate will be accurate and have speed in executing assigned tasks. This is a full time position at a special place. We are a family business and great people to work for. 49 seat restaurant and early hours. Serious inquiries only.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Assist with menu planning and meal preparation
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient service
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow proper knife handling and safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role
• Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety protocols
• Culinary training or certification is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
