Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage practices. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and other cooking tools. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, communicating needs to management. Experience Previous experience as a cook or prep cook in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and kitchen procedures.
