Job Description

POSITION

Prep Cook

JOB SUMMARY

(ESSENTIAL

FUNCTIONS

) Cook and prepare a variety of food products including meats, poultry, seafood, vegetables, sauces, stocks, pastas, and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils according to the daily prep list. Assist Executive Chef in prepping for full service restaurant and Banquets Physical demands

Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length
Ability to lift and carry 0-25 pounds on a regular basis, throughout the shift
Must be able to kneel, bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill tasks Hours/Compensation
This can be a full or part-time, seasonal job (Mid May-October)
Weekend and holiday hours are required
Schedule is subject to change based on Gordon Lodge events and hours of operations Typical shift is Wednesday-Sunday mostly AM and Daytime hours accept during events
Hourly compensation based on experience, $20 - $25
