We're seeking a skilled, reliable, and client-focused Lead Auto Detailer to help execute high-end detailing services across Inverness, Palatine, Barrington, and surrounding areas. You will play a hands-on role in delivering top-tier results, leading a small detailing crew on-site, and representing our brand with pride and professionalism. Headquartered in Inverness, IL, we specialize in luxury mobile car detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, and leather protection, all delivered directly to our clients' homes, offices, and private clubs. We're proud to be the exclusive detailing partner of Inverness Golf Club, providing members with elevated, white-glove service that complements the prestige of the community we serve. Our brand is built on craftsmanship, professionalism, and convenience, and we're looking for someone who embodies these values to lead our detailing team. Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior detailing services to the highest standard, including wash, decontamination, paint correction, ceramic coating, and interior detailing. Drive a fully-equipped mobile detailing unit to client locations. Interact with clients in a professional, courteous manner and provide education on aftercare and services. Train and oversee junior detailers and help manage job flow/scheduling in the field. Ensure all tools, equipment, and products are maintained and used properly. Represent the Detail By Design brand with integrity, attention to detail, and customer-first service.
