In this energetic role, you will ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment, supporting our culinary team to operate smoothly. No experience necessary. 4 to 5 nights a week. 4pm-9pm. Closed Sunday's and Mondays Closed all major holidays. Possible promotion to Cook. (If interested) Duties Responsible for thoroughly washing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines and manual cleaning techniques. Maintain strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations. Maintain sanitation standards by regularly cleaning workstations, storage areas, and equipment according to kitchen health and safety standards. Skills Ability to operate kitchen equipment effectively while maintaining safety protocols. Excellent attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen area.
