Key Responsibilities Efficiently clean and sanitize kitchenware and equipment during the night shift Support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness and order in the back of house Assist with closing duties to ensure the kitchen is ready for the next day Follow all safety and hygiene standards to maintain a safe work environment Report any maintenance issues to leadership promptly What You'll Bring A cheerful, positive attitude and a love for serving others Reliability and consistency in attendance and work quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and a Monday to Friday schedule Why Chick-fil-A?
