Position 1: Line Cook We are seeking skilled and dependable Line Cooks to anchor our kitchen operations. You will work in a fast-paced, scratch-kitchen environment utilizing modern equipment, preparing high-quality menu items with consistency, speed, and precision.
Responsibilities:
Prepare menu items efficiently according to recipe standards, portion controls, and presentation guidelines. Operate station equipment (grills, fryers, sautés, and ovens) safely and cleanly throughout service. Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification preferred). Complete opening, closing, and mid-shift prep lists thoroughly. Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff and fellow kitchen team members during peak rushes.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of high-volume line cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Strong knife skills and a solid understanding of fundamental cooking techniques. Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and thrive in a high-energy team setting. Weekend and evening availability is required. Position 2: Dishwasher / Kitchen Utility We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to keep our kitchen running smoothly. You are the backbone of our culinary operation, ensuring our cooks have clean equipment, utensils, and workspaces at all times.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing machines, ensuring proper water temperature and chemical concentration levels. Wash pots, pans, glassware, and smallwares manually and return them promptly to their proper storage stations. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dish pit and back-of-house area. Assist with routine kitchen cleaning duties, trash removal, and sweeping/mopping floors. Support the culinary team with basic prep or kitchen tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or high-volume restaurant is a plus, but a strong work ethic and positive attitude matter most. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, wet, and warm environment. Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Dependable attendance and a team-first mindset.
