Navimark Elite is hiring an Event Assistant to help bring festivals, promotions, and community events to life across the Providence area — no two shifts look the same, and you'll always be right in the middle of the action, connecting with your local community. As an Event Assistant, you'll be hands-on, on your feet, and part of a team that keeps every community event running smoothly from setup to breakdown.

Event Assistant Duties:

Assist with community event setup, breakdown, and day-of logistics as an Event Assistant. Engage community members and represent NaviMark Elite professionally on-site. Help coordinate materials, displays, and event flow with the team. Adapt quickly to changing needs throughout each community event. Travel as an Event Assistant to a variety of local event locations across the Providence area.

Ideal Event Assistant:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Able to be on your feet for extended periods and lift event materials. Reliable transportation to different event locations.
