Duties Greet guests warmly and provide clear directions to enhance their event experience Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces, including heavy lifting and manual handling tasks Monitor crowd flow and manage guest interactions to maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere Enforce safety protocols, including first aid response and CPR if necessary, to ensure guest well-being Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems for ticketing or merchandise sales Support food service operations, including food handling and hospitality duties at outdoor or indoor venues Manage conflict resolution by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally Conduct safety inspections of the venue, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Provide assistance with outdoor work activities such as setting up equipment or managing outdoor attractions Communicate effectively with team members using public speaking skills to coordinate activities smoothly Qualifications Previous experience in events management or working at event venues is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to handle conflict calmly and professionally in high-pressure situations Certified in first aid and CPR; lifeguard or lifeguard experience is a plus Experience working with children or in hospitality settings enhances your suitability for this role Familiarity with retail sales, cash handling, POS systems, and processing transactions accurately Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling, and outdoor work comfortably Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to health regulations is essential Excellent communication skills for public speaking and guest interactions Experience in food service or resort environments is advantageous; theater or public speaking experience also beneficial Join us as an Event Staff member and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering extraordinary experiences!
