Join the Shenaniganz Team as a Birthday Party Coordinator! Are you the person who makes every room more fun? We're looking for outgoing, high-energy, bilingual (English/Spanish) people to run birthday parties at Shenaniganz — and make them the kind of day a kid talks about for a month. About Shenaniganz We're a family entertainment center built around good times: bowling, arcade, food, and drinks, and more all under one roof. Our team takes real pride in service, and our goal is simple — every guest leaves happy. What You'll Do As a Birthday Party Coordinator, you're the one who makes the celebration run. Book and schedule. Work with families to lock in party dates and details, and make the planning part easy for them. Hourly PLUS commission. You earn on the parties you book and the add-ons you sell — bigger packages mean bigger payouts. Run the party. Handle setup through send-off, keeping the timeline on track — bowling, food, cake, gifts. Take care of the guests. Learn what each family wants, answer questions, and handle special requests and last-minute changes. Bring ideas. Suggest themes, decorations, and activities that make each party feel different from the last. Work with the team. Coordinate with kitchen, front desk, and floor staff so every piece lands on time. What We're Looking For Bilingual in English and Spanish — required. A large share of our party guests are Spanish-speaking families, and you'll be booking, hosting, and problem-solving in both languages.
