Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly customer service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper entry and processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktail and beverage service, with a focus on presentation and guest satisfaction Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, and specialty cocktails, to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms, and provide correct change Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all guest areas, including food handling and beverage stations Support team members with food preparation tasks when needed and assist in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while multitasking between serving tables, processing sales, and maintaining cleanliness Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and handling sales efficiently Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with wine knowledge, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service preferred Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to foster guest relations and support colleagues Join us as a Front of House Team Member to bring your passion for hospitality to life! Pay:

$24.70 - $29.75 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
