Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of barbecue dishes using grills, smokers, and other equipment with precision and care Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grilling station to uphold safety standards and ensure efficient workflow Monitor cooking times and temperatures to guarantee food quality and safety compliance Assist in setting up outdoor dining areas, including arranging tables, chairs, and serving stations for events or daily service Engage with guests in a friendly manner, answer questions about menu items, and promote our barbecue specialties Restock supplies such as sauces, spices, utensils, and ingredients to keep the station fully equipped during busy periods Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines diligently to create a safe environment for team members and guests Experience Previous experience working in food service or outdoor cooking environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for grilling is essential Ability to operate grilling equipment safely and efficiently Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude; willingness to learn new techniques and recipes Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Basic understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices Join us as a BBQ Pit Crew member where your energy fuels our flavor!
