Job Summary As an Ice Cream Shop Team Member, you'll be at the center of creating a fun and memorable guest experience. You'll take orders, prepare ice cream and desserts, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and engage with customers in a friendly, upbeat way.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail, and can keep up in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service:

Greet guests, take orders, and ensure they have a great experience.

Ice Cream Preparation:

Prepare soft serve cones, cups, sundaes, milkshakes, and specialty desserts

Efficiency & Cleanliness:

Maintain an organized, clean workspace and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Teamwork:

Work with fellow team members to keep service smooth, efficient, and fun. Cash Handling (if applicable): Process payments, operate the POS system, and handle transactions accurately.

Guest Engagement:

Recommend menu items and upsell specialty treats and answer questions about flavors, toppings, and menu options Qualifications & Skills Must be 16+ Outgoing, friendly personality with a strong focus on customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment . Knowledge of soft serve/ice cream is helpful but not necessary.
