Process cash and card transactions smoothly, handling cash register operations and processing payments securely. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and customer service spaces in compliance with food safety standards. Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and sanitation tasks to uphold hygiene standards. Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales and improve customer satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food industry knowledge. Skilled in food preparation, serving, and managing customer orders with efficiency. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during busy hours. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately.
