Job Description Sweet Red Bistro is an upscale, European-inspired restaurant and bar, known for hand-crafted cocktails, fine wines, and exceptional cuisine. We pride ourselves on delivering exemplary customer service and a delightful dining experience. We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare food and set up the prep station. Cook menu items in collaboration with the kitchen staff. Maintain high sanitation standards throughout the shift. Wash dishes and ensure the kitchen remains clean and organized. Efficiently prioritize and organize incoming orders during busy dinner service.

Qualifications:

Strong drive and motivation to complete tasks quickly and accurately. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to stay calm and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Commitment to food safety, proper preparation, cleanliness, and personal hygiene. Willingness to work collaboratively with team members to plan and execute service. Ability to follow directions and instructions effectively. Interest in contributing to the development of seasonal dishes and flavors.
