Key Responsibilities:

Prepare food and set up the prep station. Cook menu items in collaboration with the kitchen staff. Maintain high sanitation standards throughout the shift. Wash dishes and ensure the kitchen remains clean and organized. Efficiently prioritize and organize incoming orders during busy dinner service.

Qualifications:

Commitment to food safety, proper preparation, cleanliness, and personal hygiene. Willingness to work collaboratively with team members to plan and execute service. Ability to follow directions and instructions effectively. Interest in contributing to the development of seasonal dishes and flavors.
