Paid Uniform Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Smile, Create and Maintain Eye Contact and Speak Enthusiastically Make Emotional Connections with Guests Take orders inside the restaurant and out in the drive-thru Fill drinks, bag food and make desserts Maintain high cleanliness of the restaurant (inside and out) Restock items Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

16+ years of age Commit to working six (6) months or more at our location Have reliable transportation to/from Chick-fil-A Must be able to work at the Sandy (South Towne Marketplace) and Draper locations as needed/scheduled Able to work weekends Able to work outside in the elements for long periods of time (snow, rain, sun) Punctual and Reliable Able to be on your feet for long periods of time Able to lift 30+ pounds Able to pass a background check Obtain a Food Handlers Certification if hired Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule Maintain good hygiene and adhere to the uniform dress code at all times Have natural color hair and no tattoos on the face, neck or hands No facial jewelry except for stud ear piercings and/or small nasal stud Please note that most Chick-fil-A® Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
