Off Overview We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Food Service Associate to support a busy retail food operation. This position combines food preparation, customer service, cashiering, cleaning, stocking, and food-safety responsibilities . Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining high standards for cleanliness and guest service. Required Skills Food Handler Certification/Card required within 30 days of employment Must complete required 90-minute Food Safety Training on the first day Job Description Prepare and serve menu items according to established recipes, portioning guidelines, and food-safety standards. Assist customers with menu questions, including information regarding ingredients and allergens. Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently. Stock and rotate food and supplies using FIFO procedures and expiration-date requirements. Maintain clean and organized dining, beverage, condiment, and food-service areas. Wash and maintain dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and trays. Replenish merchandise and food products as needed. Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, equipment, and customer spaces. Follow established procedures for safe food handling, workplace safety, hygiene, and sanitation. Monitor equipment and perform routine cleaning and basic troubleshooting. Assist with receiving products and inventory-related responsibilities. Perform additional food service and customer support duties as assigned.
