Your role will involve engaging with potential customers, showcasing our Craft Beers, and delivering exceptional service that sets us apart in the marketplace. Your expertise in outside sales will create new opportunities and expand our client base. What you'll do Cultivate and manage relationships with existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling. One on one customer experience. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop better sales. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently. Engage in territory management to optimize sales efforts ensuring maximum coverage and impact. Implement upselling strategies to increase revenue from existing accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships. Basic qualifications Proven experience in direct sales or retail sales. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with diverse clientele. Preferred qualifications Experience in Craft Beer sales is highly desirable, but not required. Background in sales management or team leadership is a plus.
