In this role, you assist the Casino and Table Games Manager-or act in their absence-to ensure smooth, consistent execution of table games operations. You take the lead in resolving escalated guest and player concerns, coordinate with other departments to meet service objectives, and model the professionalism and customer-first mindset expected from all team members.
