Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage their seating preferences with professionalism and enthusiasm Handle restaurant reservation management efficiently using popular systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Coordinate with the dining team to ensure smooth table turnover and optimal guest flow Answer incoming phone calls with courteous phone etiquette, taking reservations and providing information about the restaurant Maintain organized waiting lists and communicate wait times clearly to guests Assist in managing restaurant table management systems to maximize seating efficiency Uphold food safety standards by ensuring cleanliness and proper handling of guest areas Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and fostering positive guest relations Requirements Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Experience with restaurant reservation management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Excellent organizational skills to manage reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements effectively Basic math skills for handling reservations, wait times, and table counts accurately Knowledge of restaurant table management systems and POS systems is a plus Ability to maintain high standards of customer service, guest relations, and hospitality excellence Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures Experience in phone communication and demonstrating good phone etiquette Join us to be part of a dynamic team that values energetic service, clear communication, and creating memorable dining experiences for every guest!
