We are seeking candidates with proven experience hosting live shopping events on TikTok Shop and/or Whatnot who can engage audiences, showcase products, and consistently drive sales. Our performance expectation is a minimum GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) of $300 per live streaming hour. If you love being on camera, enjoy selling products, and know how to turn viewers into buyers, we would love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Host engaging live shopping sessions on TikTok Shop and Whatnot. Present and demonstrate products in an entertaining and persuasive manner. Actively interact with viewers, answer questions, and encourage purchases. Drive sales and achieve a minimum GMV target of $300 per streaming hour. Prepare products, organize displays, and coordinate with the operations team before each live session. Monitor sales performance and continuously improve conversion rates. Assist with promotional events, flash sales, and special live shopping campaigns. Requirements Previous live selling experience is required. Proven experience as a TikTok Shop and/or Whatnot Live Stream Host. Demonstrated ability to generate at least $300 GMV per live streaming hour. Strong on-camera presence, excellent communication skills, and a confident sales personality. Ability to engage audiences and convert viewers into paying customers. Familiarity with live shopping tools, product promotions, and sales techniques. Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work on-site in Perris, California. Flexible availability, including weekends, is preferred.
