Duties Answer all incoming phone calls promptly with professional phone etiquette, providing clear and friendly communication Manage restaurant reservations accurately using our table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Assist guests with inquiries about menu items, wait times, and seating arrangements to enhance their experience Maintain organized reservation logs and update guest information efficiently to ensure smooth operations Support guest relations by addressing concerns or special requests with a positive attitude Collaborate with front-of-house staff to coordinate seating and optimize table turnover Uphold food safety standards by following proper hygiene and sanitation protocols during guest interactions Requirements Previous host/hostess or food service experience preferred, especially in a restaurant setting Strong communication skills with the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously Familiarity with restaurant reservation management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Basic math skills for processing reservations, managing waitlists, and handling guest payments if needed Excellent organizational skills to keep reservations and guest information well-maintained Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices to create a welcoming atmosphere Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism Join us in delivering outstanding guest experiences through lively hospitality and seamless communication!
